Appearance: deep peridot, almost forest green. Dark and mysterious.
Louche: Thick and luxurious. Opalescent and very attractive.
Aroma: Lots of luscious anise with a minty support of wormwood.
Flavor: An herbaceous punch! White pepper, citrus, mint, and anise all finishing off with wormwood.
Finish: Last forever. Warm and soothing with many alpine herbs. Very enjoyable.
