Aroma:
Bright, minty, quality wormwood. Peppery, fruity. Lemongrass
Appearance:
Yellow peridot that has a lovely blue green gradient effect once louched. Blue white at the top and milky mint green at the bottom.
Louche:
Exciting and colorful from start to finish. Beautiful blues, seafoam greens, golds, and white swirl around creating a lovely layered gradient effect.
Taste:
Fresh wormwood, straight off the plant. Szechuan peppercorn, lemongrass. Really bright up front, then mellows out. The anise and fennel come in real soft mid-palate and soften the bright edges. Yuzu citrus peel. I think I taste some shiso leaf and cilantro. Mouthfeel evolves. It's light and airy on the tip of the tongue, then it gets heavier halfway through, and lightens up again at the back while developing a nice bitter finish.
Finish:
Wonderful, green, minty, earthy wormwood, a little piney, sweet anise and fennel.
Overall:
Great pine forest vibes. Loads of fresh herbs. Makes me feel like I'm walking through a forest in springtime.
