I didn’t expect much from this bottle, but wow—it’s incredibly smooth and balanced. The herbal profile is soft, with no harsh bitterness, and the louche is beautiful and milky. I used a 1:3 ratio with cold water and didn’t feel the need for any sugar. Perfect for a relaxed evening. Definitely one of the more approachable absinthes I’ve tried!
